Location: 4 star Hotel Lion is an amazing location in the vicinity of the gondola lift in Bansko. Built in 2005 it was part of the hotel's chain Lion. Its main campus is a massive six-storey building with several wings, served by few elevators. The decor is in light colors and furnishings are in similar tones. In terms of architecture and does not stay back from the best hotels in the Alps.

Accommodation: The elegant Hotel Lyon welcome its guests in 167 comfortable double rooms and 16 standard rooms and 8 family one-bedroom apartments. The double rooms - half have two beds and half with a large King-size bed. Their facilities are great cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, discreet lighting, cable TV, mini bar and private bathroom with bath. There are rooms for disabled people. Family rooms are one large room with double bed and sofa, suitable for families with 2 children or 3 adults. Their facilities include both standard rooms plus a kitchenette with dining table, microwave oven, toaster and a bathtub in the bathroom. The apartments have one bedroom with double bed and living room has two beds. They also have a kitchenette, dining table and a WC / bathroom with bath.

Restaurants & Bars: Hotel Lion offers spacious main restaurant where all meals are on buffet with Bulgarian and European specialties and standard meals, alcohol and soft drinks. Tavern Lion supply local wines and dishes. The  night bar is a wonderful place for dancing and offers 90 seats.


Spa Services & Recreation: Spa Hotel Lyon offers an indoor heated pool, Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi, steam bath, gym, relaxing massages, aromatherapy and procedures.

Conference facilities: The hotel complex has the largest conference hall in Bansko with 200 standard seats, but with arrangement can also be done 300. It provides all the conference facilities, can be divided and 2 parts. For small discreet meetings there is smal room with 15 seats.

Night entertainment: There are family tavern in the central part of Bansko, most offer live music from local repertoire.
